The Texas Kali Association offers a variety of
programs to Law Enforcement including defensive tactics and officer survival
courses. These courses typically involve a study of edged weapons and
their dynamics with a hands on session to train to defend against spontaneous
knife attacks and related scenarios.

Related to the tactics used with the edged weapons
are also baton tactics, weapon retention, weapon disarming, close quarters empty
hands and counters to ground assaults. All elements are taught
systematically with an emphasis on simple, practical application.
These programs are primarily offered within
conferences and seminars hosted by requesting local, state and federal
departments. Check the events
page for any upcoming programs and contact the hosting department to
attend.

If you would like to host a seminar in your department, or have
any questions, contact us here.
Please note: Defensive tactics training is for
official law enforcement and security personnel only and is not available
to the public.
