PEKITI TIRSIA KALI

Master Rommel Tortal is the nephew and student of Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr.  Master Rommel represents the excellence of Pekiti Tirsia as Grand Tuhon's number one instructor for the complete Pekiti Tirsia Kali System.  His grace and skill represent the benchmark in Pekiti Tirsia quality.  

Currently, Master Rommel leads all ongoing instruction for the Pekiti Tirsia programs in the Philippine Marine Corps and Philippine National Police.  He is the chief instructor for the Pekiti Tirsia Manila Pitbulls and serves as Grand Tuhon's partner for numerous training activities, demonstrations and presentations.  Master Rommel teaches visiting Pekiti Tirsia students under Tuhon's direction with patience and great instruction.  His contributions to Pekiti Tirsia have been largely behind the scenes, but have influenced many.   The Texas Kali Association has extended to him Honorary Membership for his instruction and service directly benefiting the members of the TKA.
