Mandala Rommel Tortal at the Texas Kali Mastery Camp 2010
Recently, Maginoo Mandala Rommel Tortal has committed to being a special guest instructor at this year's upcoming camp.  We look forward to seeing Mandala Rommel and giving everyone the opportunity to train with such an excellent instructor. This means this year we will have 4 Mandalas (Master Instructors) teaching!
